1. Initial Contact

Once you reach out to us, we will follow up by asking for photos of the area(s) you want to discuss. This helps us understand your space before the first conversation.

2. Project Discussion

After we receive your pictures, we schedule a phone call to review your project goals, options, and budget expectations.

3. On-Site Meeting

If we are aligned on scope and budget, we schedule an in-person visit. During this meeting, we take detailed measurements and gather any additional information needed for your project.

4. Formal Proposal

We do charge a fee for formal written proposals. However, this payment is fully applied toward your project cost if you decide to move forward with us.
